• Must be returned within 24 Hours of delivery
• Must include original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Used or opened products
• Incense, dhoop sticks, camphor already burned/used
• Items damaged due to customer handling
• Discounted or clearance products

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
