Goushrestha A2 Desi Gir COW GHEE is prepared by the traditional Vedic Bilona method of churning by hand. We use only the milk of indigenous Gir breed cows. First, curd is made from milk. After curd is churned in a bilona, butter is made, after that the same butter is heated to make Ghee. in this method around  28 to 30 liters of milk is required to make 1 Liter of GHEE. According to Ayurveda scriptures, pure bilona ghee is best for health and easily digestible for all and is full of all types of nutrition. Must try once.
