Goushrestha collaborates with multiple courier partners Such as Delivery, Ekart, Xpressbees, Ecomexpress etc. for shipping across India. We only have standard shipping available at the moment. Depending on the location, it takes 3-7 days to be delivered (some case it may vary). We accept orders only from India.
Due to COVID, there might be some operational challenges in shipping of orders. Goushrestha reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time of order.
Refund Policy
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore a liberal refund policy. Under this policy:
We do not offer returns or refunds on our products due to their perishable and consumable nature.
Cancellation requests are not accepted once the orders get initiated for shipping.
Incase of any dispute return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Goushrestha) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any RTO shipping paid.

Please initiate return request within 3 hours of Delivery. Refund will initiate once pick up is done. If you are approved. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
